We've recently noticed that there's a bit of a buzz going on about SEO Link Building Networks and which ones are the best to use. 

Here's our advise on this:

1. You can't just expect one network to rank you #1
   
2. You can't be certain that a SEO network is going to last for longer then one year
   
3. You can't provide spun content to a network and expect your backlinks to make any effect in the SERPS
